The New Year has begun really well for Apple Vacations! Apple Vacations and Conventions was conferred the prestigious BrandLaureate – SMEs Chapter Awards 2011 under the category of Corporate Branding for Best Brands in Travel & Tours, and Dato Desmond Lee JP will be attending the award giving ceremony tomorow!

The BrandLaureate Awards was conceptualized to honor brand excellence amongst the best of brands in Malaysia and the world. The winners are selected based on a selection criteria consisting of brand strategy, brand culture, integrated brand communications, brand equity and brand performance.

The award will be presented on 12th January 2012 at 7pm, at The BrandLaureate – SMEs Chapter Awards 2011 Gala Dinner, organised by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation (APBF), which held at Sunway Hotel Resort & Spa Grand Ballroom .

The BrandLaureate Country Branding Awards honors personalities, events or icons that have helped to promote and enhance Brand Malaysia. The BrandLaureate Awards is the only Brand Awards endorsed by the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong His Royal Highness Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda , Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin. And the Former Prime Ministers Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi were the guests of honor for the award giving ceremony.
