I realized the reason why the Germans are so advanced technologically, as they have such a good place that able to excite their creative mind.

It is hard to imagine the process to bring in all those flying machines into the museum

It made me proud as a Malaysian as our ‘’Wau’’ is also exhibited here, as part of the collection of dreams to fly.

A trip to Europe may not be complete without visiting to the museums for the rich history are preserved in them. Due to limited time during my last visit to Munich, I managed to squeeze out some time to visit the Deutsches Museum. Its full name in English is German Museum – Masterpieces of Science and Technology. This museum is so huge that I almost had to rush all the way through my 5 hours visit. Their exhibits feature just about everything ever invented, including aerospace, astronomy, bridge building, computers, digital imaging, model coal, salt mines, wonderful sections on musical instruments, caves, geodesy, micro-electronics and astronomy are just some of the delights on display. When I had my lunch (I brought a packed lunch) with the rich aroma coffee, I realized the reason why the Germans are so advanced technologically, as they have such a good place that able to excite their creative mind.

Don’t forget to snap some artistic photos at the staircase of Deutsches Museum, before leaving the museum.

Flying was once of the many dreams of mankind. The display here reminded me that the Boeing 747 plane we enjoy today did not come easy

Our fore-fathers have taken enough risk and sacrifices in order to achieve the dream to fly.
