Dear all Apple Vacations customers, due to the serious nuclear disaster in Japan, Apple Vacations had come out with the latest statement to update those who depart to Japan from March to May.
According to the latest announcement from Ministry of Tourism Malaysia on 17th March, Apple Vacations have decided the below matters:
DEPARTURES FROM 15th March to 15th April 2011
Apple Vacations Tour : All Japan, Royal Kyushu, Japan Alps, Charming Tohoku, Focus Japan + Gourmet etc.
Malaysia government directive : i)Admin Fees Charges: RM200 per pax
ii)Balance payment full refund
Apple’s Offer : i)Decision must be make before 31st March 2011(to deicide whether to postpone or refund, customer may e-mail/ fax/ written note etc)
ii)Postpone travelling to Japan within one year(Travel period until 31st March 2012)
iii)Transfer to any other group tour(booking period – 6 months until 30th Sept 2011)
iv)One time tour package, balance of the payment will be refund.

Apple Vacations Tour : All Japan, Royal Kyushu, Japan Alps, Charming Tohoku, Focus Japan + Gourmet, all the branded tour package etc.
Malaysia government directive : i)no directive from government
ii)follow the Tourism Act 1992 Condition as per attachment
Apple’s Offer : i)Decision must be make before 31st March 2011(to deicide whether to postpone or refund, customer may e-mail/ fax/ written note etc)
