(Wednesday,2 August) Apple Vacations officially kicks off the second half of this year, with its fair from 2nd to 6th August, running 5-Days with an opening speech at 10:30 am this morning. Although it is not as grand an opening comparatively to last year’s 20th Anniversary celebration, this year’s opening is simple yet it did not loose out on its edge!
Apple Group Executive Chairman Dato’ Seri Lee Ee Hoe, Group Managing Director Dato’ Sri Koh Yock Heng, Executive Director of Apple Asia – Ms. Gwen Teng, Managing Director Apple Signature West – Mr. Raymond Lee and Apple Group Chief Operating Officer – Mr. Bernard Woo took to the stage with an opening speech to share with fellow Apple-nians to stay focus, emphasizing on tours offered, the activities prepared and most importantly to Welcome the public to Apple Travel Fiesta 2017!
Affectionately known as Leesan, he expressed his thanks to the different representatives of the tourism bureaus and partners respectively, such as Japan an South Korea, who have flew in all the way to lend their continuous support. At the same time he also hopes that all Apple-nians will continue to keep with the beat in displaying the enthusiasm and warm hospitality of Apple, may this year be better than the last! Kohsan also has pointed out despite many has mentioned this years market outlook is not as good comparing to last years, but he firmly believes by being together Apple is fueled to move forward.
