IF THERE is one thing free in the hotel that I really appreciate is the “Laundry Bag” and it’s quotes. They come in about the same size but with different materials. The common once are the plastic bags. Which are great to wrap your toiletries with, as they will prevent spillage of your toiletries onto your clothes when you check them into the air baggage cargo.
Laundry bags which are made out of cloth or the more traditional materials like jute bags (eco-friendly type), they are great to put your dirty cloths and just pop them into the washing machine upon arriving back home. Another way of usage is to store your winter clothes and put them away when the season ends.
When spending holidays at a beach resort and having a day trip for island hopping and have no extra beach bag? Don’t worry, use your laundry bag. Put your towels, sunscreen, water bottles and light snacks for the trip out!
Of course once in awhile you get checked-in to this above average five star hotel. Either by luck of an upgrade to the executive floor (yes, the amenities are different as you have been moved up few floors closer to God), on a business trip or by a once-in-awhile-reward-yourself luxurious holiday. Every single detail down to it’s laundry bag is just luxurious. One can’t help but to keep it as a souvenir. To note this is from the writer’s own experience.
