If you asking me, ”Desmond Lee-san, when will be the best time to travel to Hokkaido?”. My answer definitely will be “The Romantic Winter Time”. Then you asked the next ” can we explore the whole Hokkaido by just visiting it once?” I will tell you “Nop”, because you have to travel to Hokkaido at least once in three different seasons respectively; in Winter Romance Snow (Dec to Mar), Summer Purple Lavender (June to Jul) and Autumn Maple (end Sep to October) !
