China rolls out new charges for visa effective Monday 24 July 2017

Newly revised visa fee to China has been officially announced today. The new fees applies to all categories from Regular applications, Express applications and Rush applications. The differences in fees ranges from as little as RM 5 to RM 15.

Chinese Visa Application Service Centre has officially published the new visa fee on the official website today. The Kuala Lumpur Chinese Visa Application Service Centre, Kuching Chinese Visa Application Service Centre and the Kuala Lumpur Chinese Visa Application Service Centre Penang Office will start charging the new fees from today onwards.

Initially China’s new visa fee was scheduled for 1st of July, due to the background work adjustments the new charges has been extended to only take effect from the 24th July onwards.

According to the revised schedule of fees published, for Malaysians visa application fee ranges from Single Entry visa previously RM 88.30 to RM 104.20 currently, Double entries previously was at RM 104.20 to RM 124.20, for Multiple entries 6 months previously cost RM 138.30 to currently RM 154.20 and Multiple entries 12 months previously at RM 178.30 to the current fee at RM 194.20.

For the express applications, Chinese visa application fees has also been revised under the “3rd working days collection” category. Single entry visa increased from RM236 to RM241.30, Double entries from RM 256 to RM 261.30, Multiple entries 6 months raised from RM 286 to RM 291.30
and Multiple entry visa 12 months from RM 326 to RM 331.30 on the latest fee.

However for the Rush application category (2nd working days collection) remains the same.
